Dissemination & communication

TRANSFORMER is actively engaged in spreading the word about its work and sharing information in a way that is easy to understand. The aim is to make complex information more approachable and attractive to various audiences. Part of this activity involves monitoring the effectiveness of these efforts. All updates and information about TRANSFORMER's work is shared online and through various partner channels.

Networking & stakeholder relationships

This task aims to collaborate with various groups that can assist in the development of Transition Super-Labs. The objective is to learn from these groups, obtain fresh ideas and tools, and work collectively to create novel solutions. This will enable us to enhance the TSL approach and prepare it for expansion beyond the project's conclusion. To accomplish this, we employ diverse methods to engage these groups, such as leveraging platforms and communities they are already a part of. We conduct workshops and distribute quick online forms and surveys to gather their thoughts and feedback on the Super-Labs, ensuring that their ideas can be utilized in other locations as well.

TRANSFORMER Hub

We have created a one-stop online platform called the TRANSFORMER Hub for everything related to the project, including news and events, with links to the Knowledge Hub and Toolkit.

Training & capacity building

The Transformer Capacity Building Plan (CBP) is a training program set in place with the primary aim of improving abilities of the project partners to effectively plan, manage and implement Transformer Super Labs in their respective regions. Through the program implementation, the knowledge, skills and resources of the partners will be strengthened to enhance the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the TSLs. In addition, lessons, key guidelines and learning material that can be followed by other European regions interested in adopting the TSL methodology will be done through the User Forum.
